i want to make an online tech magazine.. but i need to know lots of things?
1. would you recommended wordpress or joomla as the CMS..i just this two well..so i dont expect other cms..
2. what are the Best Magazine-style theme for that cms.. i want the free one..

From personal experience I would recommend going with Joomla with K2 extension, which puts Joomla content on steroids making it more suitable for online magazine type of sites.
